Announces Appointment of Earl Pendleton as New Business
Development Representative for Retail Software Business

NJ (October 19, 2006) – ThinSpring, a leading provider
of XML-based solutions such as SPL Server™ and the
FDA’s Electronic Labeling Information Processing System
(ELIPS), is announcing that Earl Pendleton has joined the
company as Business Development Representative of its Retail
Software Division. The Retail Software Division delivers
the corporate version of its ELIPS Software, SPL Server,
for use by pharmaceutical companies in the public sector.
SPL Server operates in synchronicity with the FDA’s
ELIPS software giving pharmaceutical companies total regulatory
compliance.
Pendleton has been brought on to support the expanding retail
software sales opportunities to market to corporate pharmaceutical
companies in the public sector. Pendleton will report to
Shaun Williams, ThinSpring Vice President of Operations.
“Pendleton is a seasoned industry veteran with a proven
track record, and I'm very pleased to have him join our team," Williams
said. "He brings a wealth of experience to his new position
and will have overall responsibility for one of our most
important business units."

Prior to joining ThinSpring, Pendleton built the Homeschool
Football League starting in 2002 in Raleigh, NC, and served
as the Founder, President, and League Director. Pendleton
also gained experience as an Account Manager for CitySearch.
Before that, Pendleton was promoted to General Manager for
CarMax after serving as Store Manager, Sales Manager, and
Sales Consultant.
