90% for every category according to the Past Performance
Evaluation (PPE) given by Open Ratings, Inc. The evaluation
was given to MojoCommerce LLC, doing business as ThinSpring,
by Open Ratings, Inc., a division of Dun & Bradstreet.
Open Ratings, Inc. bases its assessment of ThinSpring’s
performance on the accessibility, accuracy, and timeliness
of customer information. Customer survey responses are broken
down into 3 categories: positive, neutral, or negative. Without
exception, customers had zero negative feedback about ThinSpring
performance, and the vast majority of the feedback was positive.
